Geek-A-Roo was birthed by Australian expat Graeme Lucas who moved to Polson in November of 2011. Now calling Polson home, Graeme brings with him over 15 years of highly professional experience in many fields of IT and its related technologies.
Graeme has been extremely interested in all things computer since the age of 9 when his mum and dad purchased their first computer. Soon after Graeme started upgrading and repairing computers and this hobbyist passion grew quickly into a professional career.
Before moving to Polson, Graeme gained the Microsoft Computer Professional (MCP) qualification and has spent the last 10 years working with large organizations in both Australia and the United Kingdom. His most recent position was working for one of Australia’s largest manufacturing companies, also a public company. He was directly involved in keeping online 1500+ computers on a 2000+ active user network. The company was spread across 60 locations around Australia and New Zealand. His active role as system administrator for 6 years has led to rich and diverse hands on experience, while maintaining both professionalism and service levels alike.
Graeme has also been heavily involved in web and graphic design for over 10 years. He has built countless website over the years, with many of them still in service today.
After moving to Polson and creating Geek-A-Roo, Graeme aims to provide Polson and the Greater Flathead and Mission Valley areas with highly experienced, motivated, reliable and honest service.
